Introducing the Quick Opt-In Option in the Email Unsubscribe Workflow

Problem Statement:

Previously, if a user accidentally unsubscribed from our mailing list, the process to re-opt into receiving emails was complicated and lacked a seamless, in-window solution.

What We Did:

To make this process smoother, we’ve introduced a quick resubscribe link directly within the unsubscribe success message. Now, if a user unsubscribes by mistake, they can easily rejoin the mailing list by simply clicking the resubscribe link. This will immediately remove their email address from the Do Not Disturb (DND) list, ensuring they can start receiving emails again without any hassle.

How to Test:

1. Navigate to Email Marketing.

2. Create and send a campaign to a dummy contact.

3. Click the unsubscribe link in the email.

4. Use the resubscribe link provided in the success message to re-opt into the list.

5. Review the DND section within your contacts.
