Limitation of using SMTP when emails are not sending

If you’re using an SMTP provider to send emails and they’re not being delivered most of the time, the issue is often that the sender email doesn’t match the SMTP email you’ve configured here. This mismatch can cause the email to fail to deliver.

Once you set up your SMTP provider, if you encounter an error when sending a test email in the Conversation, you can click the ⚠️ (red triangle) icon to view more details about the error. This will help you troubleshoot and resolve any issues.
