A List of SMTP and IMAP Servers
You can view a comprehensive list of SMTP and IMAP server details here.
Sender Email Address Configuration Limitation when Using Your Own SMTP Provider:
When using an SMTP provider, ensure that the sender email matches the one integrated with your SMTP provider. If the sender’s email doesn’t align with the SMTP-integrated email, or if the email is not verified with the SMTP provider, the email delivery will fail.
To configure the sender’s email address correctly, ensure it matches the SMTP-integrated email. Learn more about how to configure the sender’s email address [here].
To test if your SMTP integration works:
When sending an email, the sender’s email address must be updated to match the integrated SMTP email. By default, the sender email is set to your user login email. To resolve this, you must adjust the sender’s email to match the SMTP-integrated email.

Daily Limits on Email Sending:
Your SMTP provider may impose daily limits on how many emails can be sent. For example, Gmail has a limit of approximately 100-150 emails per day when connected to a remote email client.

Workflow/Email Statistics:
When using SMTP integration, we won’t be able to fetch full delivery and bounce statistics. Only opens and clicks will be tracked. To view complete statistics, we highly recommend setting up a professional email service like Mailgun or LC Email. Learn more about troubleshooting email statistics.

FAQs:
-
Q: The “Add Service” button is missing in the Email Services > SMTP Services tab. How do I fix this?
A: Navigate to the Client View, select the sub-account, click on the three dots, and then choose Manage Client.
To resolve the issue of the missing “Add Service” button in the Email Services > SMTP Services tab, follow these steps:
-
Click on “Advanced Settings”.
-
Ensure that the “Disable the Add Email Service button in the sub-account Email Services Settings” option is turned off.
By making sure this setting is off, the “Add Service” button should reappear in your sub-account’s email services settings, allowing you to add SMTP services.
Q: How many SMTP service providers can we have on a sub-account?
A: A sub-account can have multiple SMTP service providers. However, each SMTP service provider can only be added once. This means you cannot use the same SMTP credentials more than once or add the same provider (e.g., Gmail) multiple times with different integrations.
