Workflow Action based on Email Event Clicked/Opened

How to Add an Email Event Trigger (Clicked/Opened) to a Workflow:
Step 1: Begin by choosing the primary trigger for your workflow, then search for “email” in the options.

Step 2: From the dropdown menu, choose Email Events.

Step 3: Click Add filters

Step 4: Select Email Events from filter options, then Event

Step 5: Choose the relevant action, either Clicked or Opened.

Your new trigger has now been successfully added to your workflow!
